When I loaded the PSP Maps V1.1 on my PSP I got an error messege saying "The Game could not be started (80020148)"

I have Version 3.95 on my PSP

Can any1 please tell me a Fix for this!!!

PSP Maps will only run on Custom Firmware not on Official Sony Firmwares.
